1. Acceptance of Terms

Argos Infotech is a Dallas-based product engineering company specializing in AI-accelerated custom software development, web and mobile application development using Microsoft technologies (.NET, Blazor, Azure), legacy system modernization, SaaS product engineering, and dedicated product pod delivery. The Site provides information about our services, industry expertise, case studies, thought leadership content, and a Contact Us form for prospective client inquiries.
The Site is informational in nature. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, proposal, or contract for services. All engagements with Argos are governed by separate written agreements (such as Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, or similar contracts) executed between the parties.
4. Use of the Site
4.1 Permitted Use
You may access and use the Site for lawful purposes only. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content on the Site for your personal or internal business evaluation of Argos’ services.

All content, materials, and elements on the Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, photographs, illustrations, software, code, page layout, design elements, the Argos name and logo, the “Product Operating Model,” “Prototype-First,” “Argos Sprint Week,” and all other trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Site—are the exclusive property of Argos Infotech, LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.
5.2 Limited License
Subject to these Terms, Argos grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site content solely for your personal, non-commercial evaluation of Argos’ services. This license does not include:

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Argos Infotech, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any information you submit through the Site that is inaccurate, misleading, or infringes the rights of any third party.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
11.3 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact Argos at the address or email provided in Section 15 to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. The parties shall make good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) days of the initial notice.
12. Modifications to These Terms
Argos reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Site.
13. Termination
Argos may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. The following sections shall survive any termination of these Terms: Sections 5 (Intellectual Property Rights), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), 11 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution), and this Section 13.
14. Severability and Waiver
14.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14.2 Waiver
The failure of Argos to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Argos.

16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and Argos with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and Argos regarding the Site. For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms govern only your use of the Site and do not govern any separate services engagement, which shall be subject to a separately executed agreement.
